Coffee can be roasted to different temperatures for different length
of time to achieve several kinds of roast; from light to darkets.
The ideal roast to bring out the complete character of the coffee
is a full roast. This style of roasting takes a minimum of 30 to
40 minutes and gives a golden brown colour to the beans which when
ground gives an excellent aroma, flavour and taste which no other
coffee can match.
